Hi everyone.
Maybe you could give me some advise for the assembly of my project.
I am doing an amplicon project sequencing 6 amplicons with sizes between 8-30 kb in several individuals of the same species (fish).
The sequencing is done paired end 300 (PE-300) on Illumina MiSeq.
I do not have the results yet but maybe you could recommend a good freeware assembler for de novo assembly that suits my project.
