IGV:export track sequence

Hello everyone,

when i "define a region of interest/copy sequence", so how do I export all sequences from tracks? is it possible to do?

Hello,
One year after, I have a similar question. I used "bedtools" and generated new tracks. I would like to export the created tracks as BED files but I cannot find the way. Back to terminal I guess.

anybody an idea?

You can export regions as BED file, not tracks.

I know you can export regions as BED. Can you do the entire track however? or only a "region of interest"?
