Hi everyone,
My name's Orr, and I recently started working at the Vrij Universiteit (Open University) Medical Center in Amsterdam, and my group is using NGS to study Mendelian disorders. Although I recently finished my bioinformatics MSc, I still haven't done much of NGS myself, so I had to learn Perl myself (among other things), and am now busy with studying the pipeline. Hope it goes well :-)
