Hi to everybody,
I recently joined the forum and hope that I will find the answers of my questions. I did chip on primary NK cells and validated the targets with q-PCR. When I used the Chip-seq library kit,I ended up with no DNA after testing the final product with the Bioanalyzer.I had started with 6ng/ml DNA and used around 80 ng as the starting material.The sonicated DNA was 100-300 bp.Is there anybody who had a similar problem? I will appreciate any comment.
