Hello all,
Has anybody heard of a study documenting how much using second-gen sequencing can boost the productivity (and publication output) of a lab? Ideally, I'd like data on a lab that has been using second-gen sequencing for a couple of years and an idea of its publication record "before" and "after". I know there are lots of problems with that (not least the delay between work and publication) but anything (even anecdotal evidence) would help. Of course this is to be used in a grant request...
Thanks in advance,
Bertrand
