Hello all,
So I am having some trouble with creating a biom table. I am using usearch, and my problem is that my newly created biom table doesn't have all the headers I need. While I have 18 headers (6 sample sites, each with 3 depths; ex: PINE.001.10, PINE.001.30, etc..) My biom table only gives an output with just the six site names. I cannot seem to figure out why this is occurring. Here is my command line:
/Users/jamesseward/Desktop/Canada/usearch/usearch8 -usearch_global /Users/jamesseward/Documents/AppState/Peatland_microbes/combined_seq/combined_seqs.fna -db /Users/jamesseward/Documents/AppState/Peatland_microbes/usearch8/seqs.fna -strand plus -id 0.97 -otutabout /Users/jamesseward/Documents/AppState/Peatland_microbes/usearch8/otu_biom_table2/Notax16S.txt
Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated!
Thank you
