Annotation gtf file for GATK?

Hi all,

I am using the RNA-seq best practices protocol from Broad to analyse my data. The reference genome that I used is the human_g1k_v37.fasta file available from Broad's public server. I need a .gtf file (genes and/or exons) for annotation and use in featureCounts and IGV. Does anyone know where I can find the correct annotation file for my reference genome?

Annotation for human genome GRCh37 is available in featureCounts.
