Default Help finding different complete human sequence in FASTA format

I'm new here, sorry if my question is dumb.
I need 10 different complete human Genome in FASTA format. I was trying to use 1000Genome and Completegenomics, but they were confusing.
I dont understand what does a SRR or ERR file means and so many other things.
