New Ribo-Zero™ Kit (Epidemiology):rRNA removal from microbial-infected mammalian RNA

RNA-Seq based host/microbe disease and metatranscriptomic studies just got easier with Epicentre’s new Ribo-Zero Magnetic Gold Kit (Epidemiology). The kit provides one-step removal of both mammalian and bacterial rRNA from 500 ng – 2.5 µg of mixed mammalian + bacterial total RNA. Intact, partially degraded and FFPE RNA from a wide range of mammalian + bacterial sample mixtures, containing a broad spectrum of bacteria, can be used.
