    Q's about Hyb probe for target capture

    Hello to everyone in this great community,

    I've start reading protocols for target capture and stuck with SureSelect. Can't understand why they using 120mer probe for capture? Possibly my knowledge about Hyb reaction weren't updated?! Could you please explain me why they prefer it to 60mer or 30mer?
