Hi,
my name is Bernd and I am just in the process of moving from New York (what a wonderful city) to Paris (I haven't quite yet made up my mind on which one is more wonderful a city). I started working at the Pasteur Institute and am taking care of some of the bioinformatics needs related to NGS, but also to integrate those results with other results and pipelines. My goal is to develop/implement an environment that is useful to biologist/experimentalists and to promote the usage of bioinformatics tools.
The major focus right now is on quality assurance.
I am happy to join this exciting group and field
