    Hi

    My name is Rolf and I am currently about to write my master thesis in bioinformatics. I am working together with the Beijing Genomics institute in Shenzhen, China. We are using the Illumina/Solexa. I am involved in assembling short reads and analyzing.

    We are sequencing and analyzing metagenomics data from the human intestinal tract.
