    Target 16S V4 rRNA and ITS genes in one primer pool

    The NEXTFLEX® 16S V4 and 18S ITS Amplicon-Seq kit enables highly efficient, sensitive and specific identification of bacteria, fungus, and other microorganisms by targeting both the 16S V4 hypervariable domain and the 18S ITS regions in a single primer pool. This kit provides a simple workflow requiring as little as 1 ng of input DNA along with the ability to multiplex up to 384 samples in a single run.
