Hello! I know this is a really silly question but I'm only an undergrad so I'm not very familiar with finding sequences. Basically I'm looking to find hepatitis C virus genomes. I'm using the HCV Database but it isn't updated anymore, I want newer sequences to use. Is there any other sites that I could use? And is it possible to set a preference for sequences from Ireland? Thanks
