Default DNA cleanup kits

Hi. Looking to improve 260/230 ratios. I was told bead based DNA cleanup methods work better than column based. Other than AMPure beads, do you have any recommendations for this? Thanks.

Both column kits and SPRI beads will work just fine. Beads make it easier to work with multiple samples in parallel. Almost "All" manufacturers are now selling SPRI beads. I would bet they all work great.

It is much, much cheaper to make your own SPRI beads, and they work just as well.
