Default Cost calculator for NGS experiments - looking for beta testers

Hi all,

We're launching a free online tool to calculate the cost of NGS experiments. The calculator will allow specification of all common sequencing platforms, run type (paired-end, single read), region size and sample number. Current output includes cost for targeted sequencing and exome sequencing (including library prep, in-solution target enrichment and sequencing reagents).

Please let me know (private message or discussion comment) if you would like to receive a link to the online tool and help us beta test. Thanks in advance!

The tool will be launched in september after beta testing and optimization. We will announce the launch here on the forum.

I would like to thank all who responded through private message for the overwhelming offers to beta test the tool. I look forward to all your comments and hope for a successful launch within a few weeks!

We'll announce the launch here on the forum.
