Hello!
Does anyone knows where can i find senseless regions in BED file format. I know where masked genomes can be downloaded, but i need only regions that should be masked in BED format. Im interested in hg19. Thanks in advance! |

Should be able to get that from UCSC Table browser. Select "hg19" then "repeats" under group and then an appropriate track. Export the data in BED format.
