Hi,
I am not really a bioinformatician, but I am getting my hands wet in RNA-seq data, specifically DEXSeq data sets. I have normalized count data that I am trying to cluster in a meaningful way for a select number of candidate genes to determine if there are any patterns present. Are there any packages available (in R or other software) in order to perform this function that have been vetted? I've tried using a few packages already, but my PI has warned me against using any packages that haven't been peer reviewed yet. Thanks very much.
