Question GlimmerHMM works fine... but no results?!

UPD Problem was sorted out. Could moderators delete the tread?

I'm trying to use GlimmerHMM for gene prediction. But seems that I am missing smth important with results output/bash - I just can not find any results of Glimmer's run...

I've tried different OS systems/compilations, different data and training dirs. No errors. But when running I get only nice and fast

Analyzing contig X58894
Done X58894
Process AJ009766

for all contigs and no visible results elsewhere...

Finally I've tried the sequence I used for training and all the same...

/home/manager/soft/GlimmerHMM/bin/glimmhmm.pl glimmerhmm_linux /home/manager/0_Anno/Asperg.fasta /home/manager/soft/GlimmerHMM/trained_dir/Asperg/

any suggestions? ideas what to check?

Thank you
