Default I need reads data with called variants that's been validated

I'm looking to develop methods to improve variant calling accuracy. I need an open dataset with the reads. Pre-aligned data such as with pileup files are ok.

I would need the variants contained in the reads to be validated by some gold standard. (perhaps with Sanger?)

Is there such a dataset available to the public?
