Default What are isotigs in 454 seq data?

Hi all,

I am working on transcriptome, so i want to know what are isotigs? I don't know the proper concept of isotigs.

Is it the superassembly of contigs only? and/or sigleton also takes part in it?

Thanks.

Default isotigs

isotigs are trnascripts while contigs can be reffered to as exons.
