Hi all,
I am working on transcriptome, so i want to know what are isotigs? I don't know the proper concept of isotigs. Is it the superassembly of contigs only? and/or sigleton also takes part in it? Thanks. Last edited by ketan_bnf; 01-09-2011 at 04:04 AM. |
