converting from Annovar to VCF

I have the variants in VCF format that were called using the GATK software. I ran Annovar to annotate the variants after converting the files into Annovar format. Now I need to convert the annotated files back into VCF format. Is there a tool that can do this?

I'm assuming you want to add the annovar annotation to the info field of the VCF? One thing you can do is put everything in excel and then concatenate the columns together.
