Default Control libraries from Human gDNA

I'm looking for a commercial source of control libraries prepared from human genomic DNA, preferably from cell-lines used in the ENCODE study to use as a standard. Clearly one possibility is simply to make my own, but this seems like a sufficiently standard class of reagent that it should be broadly available. Equally clearly-I haven't found this to be the case, but I could be looking in the wrong places... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
