I would very much appreciate recommendations on a good and stable windows based software package for the analysis of sequencing reads from Illumina, SOLiD, 454, and Ion Torrent. Thank you Hamid |

In my opinion CLC Bio's Genomic Workbench is best but you need at least 12GB of RAM and more RAM is better. If you can afford 32GB of RAM I would get it.
