Question Which technology is better for CNV detection, SOLiD or Solexa?

I am proceeding to detect the CNVs over the pig genome, but I hesistate on which technology has more accuracy and is more cost-effective, SOLiD or Solexa? In fact, I have consulted some relevant litteratures but haven't found specific answers. So I come here to expect suggestions.

PS: the genome is about 2.7 GB and I hope the coverage is low enough in a feasible range.

Thanks in advance.
