Default Bowtie --un output

Hi all,

When I take the unmapped reads output from bowtie (in fastq) and I try to load this file into FastQC; it starts right but after a while it says: "Failed to process file: ID line didn't star with @". When I visualize the file it's a good fastq format... Have any of you experience this before??

Thanks!
