Default access to Complete Genomics 69 person genetic data

my apologies if I've breached any rubric on my first post
I wonder if I can ask for some assistance please

I have been trying to browse/download the 69 genome data set kindly provided by Complete Genomics
but am having problems connecting to the site.
I wonder if there is a problem with it or with my connection

many thanks in advance for your advice

The ftp site you linked to is not working. Try sending them an email and see if this is a temporary issue.
