    Mixing rapid mode and high output mode libs in one analysis

    I would like to sequence some samples quickly on HiSeq 2500 using the rapid mode, and some samples in high output mode.

    And my question is whether it is fine to mix both samples in one analysis. I can imagine that the two modes might have some specific and different biases that would result in systematic errors.

    Is this the case? Or can I happily include both samples together? (It is a H3K4me3 ChIP.)
