Question Chromosomal position clustered or not?

Hello,

I have a list of probes of interest and their position on chromosomes. I would like to determine if probes positions are randomly distributed or if it can be proved that they statistically are clustered.

I haven't found yet a test or a software that can help me to do that.
I am sure that I am not the first one asking this question and I will be happy to have some advice on it.

Thanks.
