Alternative (cheaper) reagents for Ion Torrent PGM sequencer
Hi everyone,
in my lab we are trying to find a way for reduce the running costs of our new IonTorrent PGM sequencer... any suggestion? Anyone found cheaper reagents that can substitute the ones sold by Life Technology? |

We have checked out NEB kits, work OK (although still more expensive than I'd like).

Has anyone tried halving the AmpliSeq PCR reactions? I understand this would change the PCR dynamics...
