Hi,
could anyone briefly summarise the main differences between: -IN-Seq (Insertion sequencing) -Tn-Seq (Transposon sequencing) -HITS (High-throughput insertion tracking sequencing) -TraDIS (Transposon-directed insertion-site sequencing) ? Thanks a lot! |
