RNA-Seq sample prep from blood
The ScriptSeq™ Complete Gold Kit (Blood) from Epicentre generates high complexity RNA-Seq libraries for more informative sequencing of blood RNA. The Kits combine Epicentre's powerful Globin-Zero™ globin mRNA and ribosomal RNA (rRNA) removal technology and rapid ScriptSeq™ v2 RNA-Seq Library Preparation module to enable production of RNA-Seq libraries virtually free of globin and rRNA reads. Cluster-ready libraries are prepared in 1-day from as little as 100 ng of intact or partially degraded blood RNA. ScriptSeq Complete Kit (Blood) libraries support single-read, paired-end and multiplex sequencing on the Illumina® sequencers.
