Hi All,

I am doing a research project relating to splice-junction detection tools. Shall I post related problems in bioinformatics or RNA-seq forum?

Since you're mentioned tools, I recommend the bioinformatics forum. But, you're pointing to an obvious issue with a forum-based site: overlap of with multiple forums. Sites like biostars solve that with tags...
