Problems with Picard metrics file
Hi guys,
My Picard metrics file is missing the last column (ESTIMATED_LIBRAY_SIZE). Does anyone know how to fix it and why this happens? What I get is basically this: LIBRARY UNPAIRED_READS_EXAMINED READ_PAIRS_EXAMINED UNMAPPED_READS UNPAIRED_READ_DUPLICATES READ_PAIR_DUPLICATES READ_PAIR_OPTICAL_DUPLICATES PERCENT_DUPLICATION ESTIMATED_LIBRARY_SIZE Rad 167173 845570 585923 115674 0 0 0.062247 Really apreciate any input!! |
