Default Help with multi factorial model fitting in edgeR/DEseq

I have two different groups which has been followed over a time course. During this time six samplings has been done. I then have two levels of groups (gr. 1 & gr. 2) and six levels of time (1,2,3,4,5,6). Time 1-3 and 4-6 are separated by a long period, while 1-3 are sampled in a short period, as is true for 4-6.

My problem is to understand all the interactions and setting up a model to test all interactions, could someone help me in the right direction? There are 13 people in each group.
