Qiagen PAXgene DNA tubes and processing kits- proteinase K digest
Has anyone experience problems with proteinase K digest.
I have been using Qiagen DNA extraction kits for the past year and a half ofter experiencing some issues with proteinase k not working sufficiently. Frequently I have found myself trying to rescue the DNA. This is for a study for over 2000 participants. all of which DNA has been collected using qiagen DNA tubes. thanks. |
