1st United Kingdom Next Generation Sequencing Meeting August 12th/13th @NOTTINGHAM
Deep Seq at Nottingham will be hosting the first UK Next Generation sequencing meeting. Organized by Professor Neil Hall (Liverpool), Professor Mark Blaxter (Edinburgh) and Dr Aziz Aboobaker (Nottingham)
This will be a fairly informal get together of those running research facilities as well as users. The meeting will be roughly split into two days. The first will be "BIOLOGY" presentations showcasing the most exciting applications of next gen sequencing and the second will have to concurrent sessions dealing with both laboratory and informatic problems and solutions for mixed platforms. AUGUST 12th/13th 2010 Calls for registration and abstracts will go out soon, but in the meantime drop an email to Deep.Seq@nottingham.ac.uk to register interest. PLEASE PUT "NGS MEETING" in the subject line. |
