Hi,

how can I download all the sequences of a specific taxid from NCBI?

There may be a direct link to download but in the meantime do this:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/taxonomy --> Search with your taxid --> Click on the name of the organism --> Use links to the right to select appropriate sequence type (see image below) --> Modify the display settings on next page to get the right data format --> save to local desktop.

This might also be of interest, sometimes a sequence can be annotated with more than one taxonomy ID...
