Metagenomics in food analysis
Hi all,
I'm searching for protocols to be applied in food metagenomics. I dont't know nothing about that and leterature is not so clear.. How extract DNA? How prepare the samples? The sequencing will be run in a MiSeq. Thank you in advance |
