I followed the official instructions on DEXSeq biocondoctor package(data from pasilla package as suggested), and wants to generate the HTML report with the DEXSeqHTML function as suggested in the package, however, the report was not completely generated, all of the pages, except the GeneIDresults page, fails to be generated(The file or directory could not be found. From Chrome). I have no idea why this happen, can someone help me?Thanks a lot!
PS: My code are exactly follow the instructions in "Inferring differential exon usage in RNA-Seq data with the DEXSeq package" |
