Hi all, I'm preparing to do a new sequencing run on the Ion Torrent PGM. I use the NebNext Fast DNA Fragmentation & Library Prep kit to prepare my library. I, as most, would like to be as cost efficient as possible and wondered if anyone had tried to reduce the amount of reagents used per reaction by half so that I could prep 2 samples as opposed to just one with the same amount of kit components. Thoughts?
