Custom oligo providers for Illumina Library Preparation
Hey,
We have a miseq and presently we only rely on Illumina provided library preparation reagents. (Trusight One, Trusight Cancer etc). Does anyone use custom oligos with a miseq synthesized by other providers? I'm aware that Qiagen has custom panels for NGS called GeneReads. Who are the other providers you are relying on? Thanks a lot

Hi, I am looking for people who have experience and knowledge on NGS library prep instruments. I have a MiSeq at UT Knoxville and we are looking to see if it is worth it to purchase one of these instruments. Any advice?
