Hi all,
I have set of proteins (peptidases) downloaded from NCBI. I'm not sure if some of them are coded by different genes or they are different splice variants from same gene. I have reference genome, so it wouldn't be so hard to determine it by mapping to reference. Please do you have some tools/wokflows/scripts how to proceed? Thanks in advance Roman |
