Cistrome-Data file loading
Hi, All,
Does anyone have experience in using the Cistrome AP by Dana farber. I tried to upload one of my data file, which is about 4GB, but failed to get it done in a day. I tested the upload speed of my computer form our place to boston, where the server should be, and I got a speed of 6MB/s. Based on this speed, the uploading should be done in ~10 min. I don't know what is wrong with it. Any idea? Thanks. |
