Promoter Identification programs

Hello All,

I would like to know if there are any specific programs out there that help to identify promoters in PLANTS. Specifically I am interested in identifying locations of TSS, TATA, CAAT and GC boxes. Command version would be best to have. I have tried TSSPlant, however, I found its web results to be inconsistent with the command line version. Also it gives only the putative TSS and TATA. Most other programs I found, are trained on Human or mouse data, that rely on having access to high-confidence TSS sites. I have high-confidence Start codon sites.

Please advice.
