Hello,
Has anyone used the KAPA single-indexed adapter kit with a library prep kit other than one of KAPA's? I would like to test out their newer enzymatic-shearing kit and I can buy a small version of that, but unfortunately the adapters are sold separately and as 96-192 reaction sizes. I would hate to spend hundreds of dollars only to decide on a different kit they don't work with. Thanks! |

The sequences of Kapa, TrueSeq and BiooScientific adapters are identical, except perhaps some index sequences. They are compatible, you might have to figure out the appropriate concentrations.
