Hello --
I have just started a new Ph.d. position in Ċarhus University in Denmark and I am working on a genome mapping project. This project involves both 454 transcriptome sequencing and Illumina GoldenGate Genotyping Assay. I have extensive knowledge in molecular genetics and expression profiles and basic knowledge of bioinformatics. I am looking forward to learning more in this area of research.
