Dear All,
Being new in NGS data analysis kindly guide me the steps for doing analysis of 2 technical replicates of the same sample i.e from assembly to further downstream analysis for which I will be thankful to the Seqanswers community. |

Technical replicates can be merged for downstream analysis. Only biological replicates are useful for meaningful statistical analysis.
