    MPICH2 and NovoalignMPI

    The SysAdmin here has installed the latest version of MPICH2.

    This has the hydra process manager rather than mpd.

    NovoalignMPI is built against MPICH2 1.2.1 does this mean it HAS to be run in a 1.2.1 environment or is it possible to run under 1.3.2p1?

    The latest NovoalignMPI is built using MPICH2 1.3.1 and will run under 1.3.2. I haven't tested the others but they should be independent of the process manager.

      I have successfully run it against 1.3.2p1.
