  • How should I interpret the TMHMM/TMpret outputs?

So I search for transmembrane helices in the protein SEC61.
TMHMM resulted in 5 transmembrane helices and TMpret in 10. (See the outputs in the links)

How should I interpret the results? According to Uniprot there are 10 TMH.
    Which one should I trust?

    Thanks!
